Pak11 is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits minus any gaming losses may be returned to the payment source at Pak11's discretion.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Pak11 account. You must also ensure that your device is reasonably secure. This means using a current operating system, not saving your Pak11 password in shared browser profiles, and logging out from Pak11 when using shared or public devices. Pak11 reserves the right to close an account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, shared, or operated by someone other than the registered account holder.
Pak11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all Pakistani commercial banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pak11 does not accept any foreign currency or international payment methods.
The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Pak11 account wallet section. Higher limits may be available on request after KYC verification has been completed. Pak11 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Pak11 does not accept third-party deposits. A deposit from a payment account that is not in the registered account holder's name will be returned, and the Pak11 account may be suspended pending verification. Pak11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawals require that the KYC verification process on your account is complete. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Pak11 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.
Bonus funds must be converted to real funds through the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will be declined automatically by the system.
A bet on Pak11 is not considered placed until you receive a confirmation on screen and the stake amount has been deducted from your account balance. Once a bet is confirmed and the stake is deducted, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where Pak11's cash-out feature is available and conditions permit. You are responsible for checking all details of your bet — selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. Pak11 will not accept claims based on misread odds or incorrect selections after confirmation.
The minimum single bet stake on Pak11 is Rs 200. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, league, and market type. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Pak11 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where betting patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity that falls outside of normal recreational betting parameters.
A bet may be voided by Pak11 where: the event is abandoned or cancelled without a result being determined; there is a clear and obvious error in the odds published (see Section 5.4); where fraud or match-fixing is subsequently confirmed in relation to the event; or where a technical error has credited odds that do not reflect the genuine market price. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full at the original stake amount.
Pak11 makes every effort to ensure odds accuracy. However, in cases where a manifestly incorrect price has been published — for example, odds of 100/1 on a heavy match favourite due to a data feed error — Pak11 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether the selection won. This applies even after settlement. Players who suspect they have benefited from a pricing error should contact Pak11 support before withdrawing.
Live betting markets are subject to delay in acceptance due to the dynamic nature of in-play odds. Pak11 operates on a best-efforts basis for in-play bet placement speed but cannot guarantee that any specific odds will be available at the moment of your click. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, the system will present you with the updated price before your bet is placed. You may accept or decline the new odds. Pak11 does not honour in-play bets where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Pak11 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Pakistani courts.
